For comparison, let's look at the previous month, October 2019:

Comparing month over month, the market has stayed relatively balanced. Average home prices dropped a bit, but more homes sold in November. From October 2019 to November 2019:

  • The number of homes sold increased from 168 homes up to 181 homes sold.

  • The average number of days on market decreased just barely from 28 days down to 27 days.

  • Average prices dropped a pinch, from $417k down to $404k.

For broader perspective, let’s compare to this time last year, November 2018:

Comparing year over year, November 2018 to November 2019:

  • The number of homes sold has increased from 173 to 181.

  • The average days on market decreased from 32 down to 27.

  • Average prices increased, going from $397k up to $404k (about a 1.8% increase).

All things considered, the market appears to be relatively stable right now. Although, with 2020 being an election year, and the market uncertainty that comes along with that, now could be the perfect time if you're considering selling.
