Home sales have a tendency to slow as we transition into the holiday season, but the market does seem to be holding steady.
From August to September the Everett market certainly mellowed with average prices dropping over 5%. Perhaps homes sales are transitioning into the fall/winter/holiday season a bit earlier than usual this year.
