Local businesses are the heart and soul of our community. They are our favorite places to ask for advice on home repair or to gather with friends to enjoy a good meal. Business owners are our neighbors and friends. The Covid-19 pandemic is putting their livelihood at risk for closure. We’ve compiled a list of websites that offer acceptable ways to follow social distancing guidelines while still supporting our local entrepreneurs.
The City of Everett has compiled a pretty comprehensive resource that includes restaurants, grocery store information, ways to help local artists and a shopping guide for seniors and immunocompromised community members.
This Mukilteo Tourism website has added a page called What Restaurants are Open. It includes phone numbers, menu links and a handy search bar so you can quickly find the type of food you are looking for.
The City of Snohomish has a snappy site with virtual exercise classes and a virtual tip jar for service workers in addition to takeout food and online shopping options.
